Chapter meetings are held on the 4th Thursday of each month, and now that COVID concerns are starting to relax a little, we are meeting in person and staying 6 ft. apart.  Other chapters in our region have also invited us to join them in their monthly meetings, so we encourage you to take advantage of this great networking opportunity!

As many of you know our former NAWIC member and friend Wanda Smith has cancer. I have been trying to help her as others like Janet O ’Rear have offered Wanda much needed support but realize she needs many things. I thought of starting a go fund me for Wanda for many reasons but the main one was I knew she would never ask for help but needed it. If you have any to spare; please support Wanda. She has a long rode back and likely won’t be back at work until next year. This past week has been very hard for Wanda due to the side effects of the therapy.

The link is below and I thank you in advance. Please pray for Wanda; her family and last but not least her friend Janet O ‘Rear.

Please forward this link to anyone that might want to see this.  Thank you,

Angie Carr

Members only Webinars can be found here.

To support our members beyond their professional development, NAWIC South Atlantic Region (SAR) has started a YouTube channel for content related to our mental and physical health. The first video is live: an interview with therapist Chelsea Green followed by a guided meditation. Click Here to Access!
